Dibella`s Old Fshnd Submarines in Cleveland

One of my favorite sandwich establishments. The bread is simply the best and the value for the price is better than most other competitors. This location in particular is decent. Staff is always attentive and orders have always been accurate.

Subs are always delicious, you get a lot of meat.

Wow! What a great place and great experience! A young lady named Brooke took our order and she was incredible! She said... "I can help you" and I jokingly replied "oh, I doubt that... you can't help me decide WHAT I want." Boy was I wrong! She asked a series of playful but deliberate questions, narrowed down my choices and proceeded to help create the perfect order. She never missed a beat. She seemed truly to enjoy what she was doing and let's face it, that's rare to see these days. The sandwich was delicious! I will always choose DiBella's when I'm craving a sub. (Even if I have no idea which sub I'm craving) 😋 Thank you Brooke!

I ordered sandwiches for me and my family and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED I ordered all sandwiches to be grilled but when I received them from DoorDash they were all cold. I expect better from this company

Subs are excellent, the best around. Bread, meats, veggies and cookies are very fresh and delicious. Only problem is they always seem to make my sub wrong or give me someone else's by accident. The last 4 out of 5 subs I ordered were wrong when I got home and opened them. I hate to give this a 2 star because the food is excellent but if you can't get it right then that's a problem. Other locations I frequent do not have this problem. Get some better employees or training/procedures and I will give this a 5 star.

I ordered two subs via a delivery service and was shorted my beverages and sides. When I called, I was told that I could came back and pick them up, the whole reason for a delivery service was that I was busy didn't have time to leave the office. Then I was hung up on, called back and was told that the sides and beverages would be refunded. I was never refunded, and I never called back. It sounds to me like that was the outcome they hoped for. The principal of the situation is what's so disappointing.

This place was right in front of our hotel and was always packed. I see why 🙏🙌 Nick got cheesesteak and I got corned beef with a lot of unique toppings.Thank you,Captain Save A Home

The older guy who took my order was super dry and had an attitude. Everything was a struggle. Didnt confirm what veggies I wanted, then said it might be too late to add them because the sandwich was moving down the line. 2 stars is generous. Im going back to Jimmy Johns.

The best submarine sandwich I have ever tasted. Fresh ingredients. Generous meat portions. Fresh baked bread in house. Friendly and accommodating service. I will never set foot in a Subway ever again.

Great food. A little bit expensive, especially for the sides and drinks, but the sandwiches are top notch and completely customizable. If you love sub sandwiches, and haven't tried Dibella's, you have to head their soon. This location is clean and the staff have always been timely and polite.

The customer service was moderate, but they completely screwed my order up, charged me individually for every item, not for a combo. And gave me the wrong sandwich sizes, I will never be back ever. The sandwiches were not even good for the money, I will just stick to subway.

I've been a sub sandwich guy since way back in the 60's at Ohio U ... Dibella's is the best ... great sandwiches and service at all 3 nearby locations ... Kudos!

Food is always great but today i went in before 8:30 and the youngman that runs the grill tried telling me the grill was closed while he had food cooking on it lol i was getting frustrated till a young lady came out and started helpin ppl. I tried callin my order in at 8pm but no one would answer the phone !!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The all Ohio decor was amusing but appropriate since it's located near OSU. I stayed three days and would stay again.

Service was quick and the sandwich is delicious. Great chewy bread and awesome flavor. It's my go to sub shop. The ingredients are super high quality. A little bit expensive, but totally worth it.

I liked the sub so I give it 4 stars. The service not so good. Waited 25 minutes for my sub. Learning not to go to Solon for lunch you will wait a long time just for a sub.

Dibellas never disappoints

Ordered online what should've been 3 sandwiches 1 Italian, 1 tuna ,and 1 meatball, there was a mistake and got 4 sandwiches instead...ok fine...whatever, someone will eat it. But apparently "tuna" means "Philly steak 'n cheese". I'd be more understanding if the place was packed and they were understaffed...but the place was damn near empty and there were three dudes there behind the counter. Come on guys...really?This isn't the first time this has happened and I'm disappointed that it happened again. And I'm not about to waste time and gas coming back trying to correct what should've been right on the first try.Not come'n back.

Great for lunch. I had a half sandwich and cup of soup. Both were delicious. Pretty quick, you could be in and out in 15 or 20 min if you wanted to.

Used to love it . last 5 times i went something wrong with my sandwhich. They wont keep replacin my sandwhich! I paid for extra meat and had to tear off half my bread because no meat was there. I dont know whts goin on with this place all of a sudden

We will try again another time, no greeting. And no response to me saying we weren’t quite ready .. I didn’t need to say it I guess .. there were no customers .. we left . It was my first time there, I was told by a few people it was really great .. maybe just a bad day ..

the god father sub is delicious and packed with 1000 calories. my only complain is back in 2017, my credit card was used by someone to pay for 2000 dollar roof work and 400 dollar dibellas gift card. so I have never used credit card in dibellas ever since.

We had to wait a ver long time for our food. The employees seem like they did not want to work. Moving extra slow.
